Born in Denver, Colorado I recently relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona with my loving partner Sarah and legendary border collie Wuki in February of 2025.

For you to get a better understanding of who I am, I’d like to share a bit about my past.

My life’s path took a big turn when I was in my early 30’s after spending over a decade in the nightlife + entertainment industry. Feeling unfulfilled and that there was a deeper meaning to my life, I began to seek shamanic wisdom and teachings that led to leaving a stressful corporate career and ending an unhealthy relationship to focus on my healing.

Spurred by a life altering Ayahuasca Ceremony in the Hawaiian jungle in 2013, it was made clear to me that my spiritual awakening had just begun. Over the next 10 years, I experienced a multitude of modalities that piece by piece allowed me to put together and see the bigger picture of the puzzle that was my reality.

My biggest obstacle was overcoming depression that began at the age of 13 years old and progressed overtime coupled with crippling anxiety into my early 30’s. It wasn’t until finding my first therapist that I realized how much I emotional pain I was carrying and what I was holding onto. Learning ways of letting go while accepting and managing my emotions allowed me to begin venturing towards men’s work, medicine work, and other personal and spiritual development practices.

At the capstone of this decade of healing was when I began to incorporate microdosing psilocybin medicine in conjunct with my personal development work. The profound awareness and breakthroughs I encountered helped me integrate the many meaningful lessons and experiences I cultivated over the previous years and began to quiet the noise in my nervous system and bring peace to my heart and soul.

My life’s work comes from the embodiment of these experiences, lessons, and trainings. Creating an integrated approach to Body + Mind healing through Transformational Bodywork + Breakthrough Coaching is what I have discovered to by my purpose and feel immense gratitude and blessed to pass onto others who are seeking a change in their life.
